When we think of conveyor belt sushi we think of delicious fish combined with fantastic other flavors. We do not often think of how healthy some of those flavors are for us. They are also known for their richness in vitamins such as B, E and K, all of which provide boosts to a wide variety of areas.
Some recent research suggests avocados may help stave off certain types of cancer. So next time you are picking your conveyor belt sushi make sure there are some avocados in those rolls. Your body will thank you!
